Our Policies
Cancelation Policy:
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice in advance. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of $60. This also applies to same day appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to service you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply OR we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We ask that all clients give us the accurate address so we may coordinate the therapists’ arrival time accurately. If you do not notify us of an address change 24 hours in advance, we may not be able to service you and you may be liable to a $60 rescheduling fee. If an unforeseen circumstance occurs and service is delayed, you will not be entitled to a refund. Oum lymphatic will still render you service.
The coordinator will send you a link to our OUM intake form/waiver to which all clients are responsible to fill out and sign prior to the start of their appointment. We will not perform a massage if you have not signed the waiver. All services last between 45-60 minutes. Any additional time will be liable to extra charges. The coordinator may give you a 15 minute notice on the therapist’s arrival. Please have your pressure garment off before the arrival of your therapist.
Payment Terms:
We require a credit /debit card to hold your appointment. All clients who choose to leave a 50% deposit on a massage session or package will be automatically charged to the card(s) left on file. Any cancellation fees will be charged to your card(s) on file.
Parking Fees:
We ask all our clients to cover the parking fees prior to the arrival of the therapist.
Refunds :
All sales are final. There is a no refund policy unless you have proof of surgery cancellation from your surgery clinic. You will still be liable for all card processing fees and deposits made.
Existing & New Medical Conditions:
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions. If you have any questions on the above information, please contact our office.
